Eligibility for Refund

Transactions

Refunds will only be considered for transactions made through Easy Snack Vending machines.

Duration

If a product isn't selling, try the purchase again. Sometimes all it takes is one more try to fix the problem.

What we require for the refund

Description of the issue that occurred

If we send you a email saying that we need a picture please provide a clear picture showing evidence of the failed vending machine transaction or issue.

Verification Process

Review the refund request

Our team will review the refund request and verify the information provided.

Picture evidence

The picture evidence must clearly show the Easy Snack Vending machine, the issue, and any error messages displayed.

Approved Refund

If the refund request is approved, the customer will be notified via email.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Denied Refund

If the refund request is denied, the customer will receive an explanation via email.

Reasons for denial may include insufficient evidence, requests submitted beyond the specified time frame, or other non-qualifying factors.
